Wow. I must be so uncool… I thought kindness was at the top of the totem pole. When I see kindness in the world, that warms my heart, it inspires me.

I find that the majority of people are kind. It mostly seems to be the news that accentuates the negativity, and highlights the minority that aren’t. (Then again, I don’t watch sports or hang out in bars, so maybe I have skewed perspective of the world.)

But, I agree, if we highlight more kindness in the news and in our stories as something worthwhile, and then we’ll see how cool it really is… and it will give many the push they need to develop their own.
