When I ignored the internet, I was much happier.

I started a travel blog about a year ago, and as part of that started reading other travel blogs and have spent time learning how to participate more effectively in social media.

Some days I feel there is so many words being endlessly spun, and that I’m just part of the problem. Occasionally, I do find snippets of inspiration. But mostly just empty words.

There was an article on yoga which made an impact on how I approached my yoga practice. And two travel blogs which offer such a personal experience that I really enjoy reading them.

I think the point is it’s important to keep in perspective. Any advice needs to be considered carefully, and integrated only where appropriate.
